About the role: We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support the sourcing, handling, and management of biological samples and associated clinical metadata from academic collaborators, commercial biobanks, and clinical research centers. This role involves coordinating with suppliers (hospitals/research institutes/biotech companies), regulatory bodies, and internal teams to secure the necessary biological materials for research and development. The CPM will play a key role in translating internal research needs into actionable collaborations, managing projects end-to-end from feasibility through sample delivery and data return to collaborators. This role sits within the Cohort Acquisition Team within the Data group and reports to the Senior Clinical Project Manager. Location: Ramat Gan, Israel (hybrid model) What will you do? • Manage multiple sample acquisition projects, from initiation through delivery. • Oversee handoff and tracking of samples through internal processing pipelines. • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on sample availability, quality, and timelines. • Align expectations across teams and ensure smooth communication. • Support identification and evaluation of potential sources (academic centers, biobanks, CROs) and sample cohorts (cohort availability, sample types, clinical annotations, timelines). • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for collaborators. • Track and resolve operational issues (delays, quality concerns, missing data). • Maintain clear documentation of project scope, status, and outputs. • Maintain and leverage a database of existing collaborations. • Enforcing quality standards, including complying with Immunai’s internal standards
