Cloud Architect

Comblack is hiring a Senior Cloud Architect!

The role includes leading public and government cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, and Nimbus environments, designing enterprise Landing Zones, supporting projects from architecture and planning through production, designing Microservices and Serverless solutions, integrating advanced AI and LLM technologies, writing HLD documents, and leading large-scale technological transformation across the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Solution Architect in public cloud environments

• 6+ years of experience designing cloud architectures in AWS and/or GCP, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience

• Proven experience designing enterprise Landing Zones

• Strong experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker

• Experience designing Serverless architectures

• Hands-on experience designing AI and LLM solutions in the cloud, including Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Databases

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation

• Experience with CI/CD processes, cloud security including IAM and encryption, FinOps, and HLD documentation

• Experience with the Israeli Government Cloud / Nimbus is a significant advantage

• Software development background and experience working in large enterprise environments are considered strong advantages

• AWS or GCP Professional Architect certifications are highly desirable
