Collection Specialist

Role Description The Collection Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Israel, responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s accounts receivable processes. This role includes monitoring customer accounts, tracking payment statuses, and proactively contacting customers to resolve outstanding balances in a professional and respectful manner. The Collection Specialist will collaborate with finance, sales, and customer success teams to address billing issues, reconcile accounts, and support accurate reporting. Daily activities involve reviewing aging reports, documenting collection activities, following established collection policies, and contributing to continuous process improvements. The role requires consistent on-site presence to coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and maintain strong communication across teams. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems to review aging reports, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and clear documentation.

• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to ensure reliable records, compliant processes, and timely follow-up on outstanding issues.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Israel, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with ERP or billing systems and basic understanding of finance or accounting principles; experience in a tech or SaaS company is an advantage.

• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
