Commercial Partnerships Manager

Pango is looking for an experienced Commercial partnerships manager to join our team and lead the growth of our partnership’s ecosystem. This is a highly commercial role focused on identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships, and driving strategic partnerships across multiple industries. You will be responsible for acquiring new partners, expanding existing collaborations, and identifying new business opportunities that create value for both Pango and its customers.

Requirements: • Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales. • Demonstrated track record of identifying, developing, and closing commercial partnerships. • Ability to independently manage complex sales and negotiation processes involving multiple stakeholders. • Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable business results. • Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership. • Fluent English; experience working with international partners is an advantage.
