Communications Systems Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Communications Systems Manager !

We are looking for a Communications Systems Specialist for a diverse technical role, responsible for communication systems, telephony, and infrastructure within the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in communications and telephony

• Experience with ACE and NICE – implementation, operation, and maintenance

• Experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, and TRUNK

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, RTP, networks, and infrastructure

• Experience in system implementations, projects, and technical specifications

• Experience working in Windows and Linux environments

• Strong independent working skills, team-oriented approach, and excellent service orientation
