המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןONE ZERO, the Israel’s first digital bank is looking for a Compliance Officer to lead the bank’s Compliance Function, strengthen regulatory oversight, and drive the development of advanced control and monitoring capabilities. This role requires deep knowledge of banking regulation, strong leadership skills, and a passion for solutions to enhance compliance effectiveness.
Requirements: • Academic degree in Law, Economics, or Accounting (LL.B / Economist / CPA). • Proven managerial experience leading compliance or regulatory teams. • Minimum 12 years of experience in compliance, enforcement or regulatory oversight within the banking sector. • Strong familiarity with banking regulation, regulatory expectations, and supervisory frameworks. • Knowledge and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations and related compliance requirements. • Hands-on experience implementing both automated and manual control processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including database queries, data analysis, and research capabilities. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to train employees and senior management. • High integrity, independence, professionalism, and sound judgment. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
