Responsibilities

Monitor and control various systems

Handle ongoing technical issues

Provide telephone support to users

Create users in organizational systems

Perform data processing according to established procedures

Perform routine backups as part of maintenance and operational processes

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience in PC Support or Technical Support is required

Knowledge of AS400 is an advantage

Willingness to work in shifts
