Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to end users across the organization

Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware issues, including computers, projectors, printers, and telephones

Work as part of an existing technical support team under the guidance of the Team Leader

Assist users and provide technical guidance during technology-related sessions

Support day-to-day IT operations using modern technologies

Requirements

Experience or basic technical knowledge in troubleshooting end-user hardware, including computers, projectors, printers, and telephones

Basic knowledge of computer networking

Experience providing on-site technical support to end users

Strong teamwork, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills

Proactive attitude, patience, reliability, and a strong motivation to grow within a long-term organizational environment
