Configuration Control Manager

Beewise's Operations team builds our supply chain strategy and leads Planning, Procurement, Delivery, NPI, Logistics and Facilities. As Operations Configuration & Change Management Engineer, you will own the configuration baseline of Beewise products. You will manage engineering changes from release through implementation at our contract manufacturers, and keep product data accurate across our PLM and ERP systems. Responsibilities: • Release and maintain product BOMs, part numbers, revisions and drawings in PLM (Arena) and ERP (NetSuite), following Beewise's standards and policies. • Lead the engineering change process (ECR/ECO) from end to end. This includes change review, approvals, release for sourcing and production, and making sure changes are implemented at contract manufacturers and suppliers. • Manage design freezes and production releases for new and existing products, working closely with Engineering, System and NPI teams. • Handle what an ECO means for materials: material disposition, obsolete and use-as-is inventory, MRB follow-up and the related cost documentation, including field ECO expenses. • Make sure all technical documentation meets formal requirements and standards before release. • Build and maintain operational databases, reports and automations (PLM and ERP) • Take part in change committee and cross-functional meetings. Work with Engineering, Software, Product, Supply Chain, Finance and our contract manufacturer.

Requirements: • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering. • 3+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management or Operations Engineering in the electromechanical / electronic / medical industry. • Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile, Arena or similar) and ERP (NetSuite – advantage). • Experience with PDM / CAD data management – advantage. • Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers – advantage. • Advanced Excel skills – must. Experience building databases or automations (Airtable, etc.) – advantage. • Strong attention to detail. Able to push back on engineering shortcuts and enforce process. • Excellent communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluent English, written and verbal.
