Requirments

• Practical construction skills, including experience in Construction and general site work.

• Specialized trade skills, such as Masonry and Flooring installation.

• Renovation skills, including repair, refurbishment, and finishing work on existing structures.

• Basic Research skills to understand building materials, methods, and safety guidelines.

• Ability to read and follow simple construction drawings and instructions.

• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and use of protective equipment.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors.

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Previous experience in construction projects; vocational training or certification in building trades is an advantage.
