AITAN builds a multi-drone control platform for safe operations, clear situational awareness, and real-time decision support in dynamic, high-risk environments. Our tech supports military teams with a safe, easy-to-use operating system, creating impact every day in the field. We are looking for a hands-on, versatile Controller to own our financial operations end-to-end. This is a key role in a small team - you will be deeply involved in day-to-day accounting, oversee AP/AR, help drive pricing and cost analysis, and ensure our financial processes scale with the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, brings strong technical accounting skills and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. What you'll do Accounting & Financial Operations • Drive the monthly close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in conjunction with our outsourced accounting partner to ensure a timely, accurate close with reliable visibility • Build, maintain, and improve financial accounting policies and internal controls • Manage the multi-entity consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations • Coordinate inventory tracking and financial reporting in conjunction with the supply chain and operations teams • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities • Manage payroll coordination and statutory tax filings Accounts Payable & Receivable • Oversee the full AP cycle: vendor invoice processing, GL coding, approvals, payments and supplier relationships • Manage the AR cycle: customer invoicing, project milestone tracking, collections follow-up and reconciliation • Streamline and automate AP/AR workflows for accuracy and efficiency Pricing & Cost Analysis • Assist product and service pricing strategy in collaboration with business and operations leadership • Build and maintain pricing models that reflect COGS, margins and market positioning

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial control or a related finance role; preference for experience managing complex AP / AR systems and processes • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field • Israeli CPA preferred • Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) • Proficiency in Priority ERP; experience with QuickBooks is a strong advantage • Strong Excel skills; comfort with financial modeling and data analysis • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently Nice to have • Experience with hardware driven or inventory-heavy businesses • Experience managing complex AP/AR systems connected to government contracting • Familiarity with US / Israel transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
