Controller

We’re hiring a Controller to join the Finance Department of a successful and growing group of companies!

This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and take part in a variety of financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, financial controls, and working with banks, authorities, and external partners.

Location: Afula, Israel

Managing the financial activities of companies within the group

Working closely with banks and financial institutions

Preparing reports and submissions to tax authorities and external organizations, including the Investment Authority, Israel Innovation Authority, and other regulatory bodies

Preparing budgets and internal financial reports, including inventory, investments, and budget vs. actual analysis

Monitoring budget execution and implementation

Payroll controls and reviews

Supporting audits and working closely with the external CPA firm and other external stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics or accounting

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a company’s finance department

Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting processes

Experience working with government authorities – an advantage

Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage

Strong Excel skills – an advantage

Experience with payroll controls – an advantage
