CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst

We are hiring a CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst for a financial organization located in the Shfela region.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business requirements and processes in the consumer credit domain

• Support development and implementation processes in the CRM Dynamics 365 system

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders

• Lead tasks and projects

• Work with databases and enterprise systems

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience analyzing systems based on CRM Dynamics 365

• 3 years of experience analyzing Web systems and open systems

• 2 years of experience working with SQL Server

• Experience in project management, business process analysis, and writing specification documents

• Familiarity with financial systems or loan management and consumer credit systems – advantage
