Customer Migration Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer migration pipeline – track status, maintain data accuracy, coordinate with all legacy product users

• Plan and coordinate migrations – develop customized timelines, roadmaps, and transition plans for each customer

• Serve as primary customer contact – provide ongoing communication and professional support throughout migrations

• Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Product, R&D, Technical Support, Customer Relations, and Delivery to ensure migration success

• Identify and resolve issues – spot blockers early, create action plans, execute solutions

• Report progress – deliver regular updates on metrics, KPIs, and migration velocity

Requirements

• B.A./B.Sc Business Administration, Industrial Management, Computer Science, or related field

• 3-5 years managing customer-facing projects (implementation, delivery, integration)

• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP required, familiarity with Priority's SCM and mobile solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and diverse customer profiles

• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Business fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
