Customer Service Representative (International Trading Desk) - Position No. 1698

What You Will Do?

• Help clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Manage client accounts and handle trading activities.

• Use advanced trading platforms to place trades in the stock market.

• Learn all about the Israeli and U.S. stock markets with great opportunities to grow.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (plus two Friday evening shifts a month).

Shifts:

• Morning: 08:45 – 17:45

• Mid-Day: 11:00 – 20:00

• Evening: 14:00 – 23:00

• Holidays: You work during Israeli holidays, but you get off on U.S. holidays.

What We Are Looking For?

• A Bachelor's degree (A plus)

• A strong interest in the stock market (Must)

• Good English (Must)

• Great customer service skills (Must)

• Know your way around Excel (A plus)

• People person, detail-oriented, and able to work well both in a team and on your own.
