Customer Service Specialists

An enterprise client is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to support their growing international customer base. The ideal candidate is fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English, with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, commitment to punctuality and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Job Description

• Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and data security/confidentiality guidelines.

• Participate fully in required training, quizzes, and live certification exams.

• Proactively apply feedback and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.

• Previous customer service/support experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-focused and professional approach.

• 100% attendance and strong punctuality are required.

• Ability to successfully complete all training and certification requirements.

• Quiet and reliable remote workspace with a stable internet connection.

• Company-compliant Windows or macOS device:

• Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2 or newer

• macOS Sequoia/Tahoe or newer

• Working webcam and microphone.

• Ability to consistently meet performance targets, including CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, Occupancy 80%+ and Punctuality 95%+.
