Customer Success Project Manager

Job Description:

• End-to-end project management at both the operational and business levels.

• Managing ongoing, direct relationships with clients from the initial sales phase through to project completion.

• Matrix management and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Handling operational aspects such as orders, system upgrades, training sessions, and maintenance activities, while strictly meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end project or process management - Mandatory.

• High-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) - Mandatory.

• Experience/Background in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) - A significant advantage.
