Cybersecurity Expert

As a cyber-security expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and monitoring security systems to protect the Jerusalem light rail networks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design, configure, and deploy security solutions, including FortiGate products (NAC, Firewall, Analyzer, EDR) and other cyber-security products.

• Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls.

• Monitor security alerts, analyse logs, and respond to security incidents.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies.

• Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.

• Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, processes, and incidents.

• Manage backup and restore systems.

•  Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber-security trends, technologies, and threats.

• Constantly improve the security of the OT and IT networks by leading hardening activities, improving monitoring, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of proven hands-on experience in cyber-security roles.

• Experience with FortiGate suite.

• Experience managing SIEM systems.

• Experience in securing domain environments.

• Experience investigating and responding to security alerts.

• Strong understanding of network protocols.

• Knowledge of security architecture and security best practices.

• Experience in incident response and security operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.

• Experience in OT environments – advantage.

Qualifications:

• Cyber-security certifications (Security + or equivalent).

• FotiGate certifications – advantage.
