Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the Company: We specialize in the assembly of complex systems and sub-assemblies for leading semiconductor customers, with a strong focus on advanced vacuum technologies and high-precision manufacturing.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our engineering team and lead manufacturing processes for advanced vacuum systems—from the production floor through customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for tubing assemblies, orbital welding, and VCR/VCO/Swagelok fittings.

• Support vacuum specifications and select vacuum-compatible components such as O-rings and CF/KF/ISO flanges.

• Perform leak testing, failure analysis, and drive corrective actions using RCA, 8D, and CAPA methodologies.

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing while working closely with customer quality engineers.

• Work with engineering drawings, BOMs, and engineering change processes (ECN/ECO, FAI).

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• At least one year of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering within an advanced manufacturing environment.

• Strong advantage for experience in Semiconductor equipment, Vacuum Systems, Aerospace, or Defense industries.

• Experience with electronics assembly and cable harnesses – an advantage.

• High level of English.

מה כולל התפקיד:

• אפיון ואופטימיזציה של תהליכי הרכבת צנרת, ריתוך אורביטלי, פיטינגים  VCR/VCO/Swagelok))

• ליווי מפרטי ואקום ובחירת אטמים ורכיבים תואמי ואקום O-rings, Flanges מסוג CF/KF/ISO)

• בדיקות דליפה, טיפול בכשלים (RCA, 8D, CAPA) .

• ליווי שוטף של קווי ייצור ועבודה מול מהנדסי איכות מצד הלקוח (ECN/ECO, FAI)

• עבודה עם שרטוטים טכניים ו- BOM

דרישות:

• השכלה: מהנדס/ת מכונות / תעשייה וניהול / כימיה – חובה

• ניסיון: לפחות שנה בהנדסת תהליך/ייצור בתעשייה מתקדמת - יתרון משמעותי לרקע בציוד למוליכים למחצה, מערכות ואקום, אווירונאוטיקה או תעשייה ביטחונית.

• יתרון: ניסיון/ידע בהרכבות אלקטרוניקה וכבילה

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה

כישורים אישיים: יכולת עבודה עצמאית, דיוק ויסודיות, וגישה מונחית פתרון בעיות.
