:Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of highly talented automation Implementers, developers, responsible for delivering campaigns and automation processes to clients

Working with B2B and B2C clients

Design customer journeys and monitor KPIs and ROI

Apply best practices and suggest new initiatives to the team and clients

Execution and operation of communication strategies and digital marketing campaigns

Scoping and organizing multiple client projects.

Communicate the client’s needs internally to the technical team

Making sure the requirements, budget and timelines are always met

:Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

High technology-oriented

Great internal communication skills, can work with both technical and non technical people

3-5 year in Digital Marketing position Manager

Previous experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Marketo,Hubspot,Salesforce Marketing cloud, Salesforce Pardot

Working experience with complex large-scale systems

Excellent technical skills including design, familiar with coding and problem solving

Excellent management skills and high motivation

Excellent English

:Advantage For

Familiar with HTML, JS, SSJS

Experience in working with tools such as Salesforce Marketing cloud ,Salesforce Pardot ,Salesforce CRM

Experience with B2B or B2C products

Experience in full funnel marketing
