Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Robotics

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our robotics team and help build advanced robotic systems for real-world missions.

You'll own mechanical development from concept through production, working closely with electronics, software and AI teams to create reliable, high-performance robotic products.

• Lead mechanical design of robotic subsystems and products

• Design mechanisms, structures and electromechanical assemblies

• Design improvements for existing systems

• Develop products from concept through prototyping, testing and production

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Support system integration, manufacturing and field validation

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of mechanical product development experience

• Strong CAD skills (Onshape and SolidWorks)

• Experience with CNC machining, sheet metal and injection molding

• Experience designing mechanisms and mechanical assemblies

• Experience integrating electronics, PCBs, wiring and connectors

• Strong understanding of DFM, GD&T and manufacturing processes

• Independent, hands-on engineer with strong ownership
