    We are recruiting a Senior R&D Manager for an organization located in central Israel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage development teams, including professional mentoring and technological leadership

    • Work hands-on developing systems based on .NET / .NET Core and React

    • Design architecture for Cloud and Microservices-based systems

    • Integrate advanced AI tools and Generative AI solutions into development processes

    • Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders while driving Delivery and continuous improvement processes

    Requirements:

    • 8 years of experience in software development

    • 3 years of experience managing development teams

    • Significant hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, React, and SQL Server

    • Experience designing architecture for complex systems and Microservices

    • Experience and strong understanding of AI / Generative AI environments, including AI development tools such as: Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
