Sales Operations Specialist for a global manufacturing company!

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales Process Ownership: Manage and support customers' requirements, including quoting, sales orders, execution, and performance monitoring.

• Customer Order Management: Handle and maintain customer sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Supply Tracking: Monitor supply availability and ensure alignment between inventory and customer orders.

• Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates, clarifications, and proactive communication throughout the order process.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar cross functional role.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and convert them into meaningful business insights.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with operations, delivery team, and technical stakeholders.

• Language: English is a must, additional language is a plus
