We are a global leading Hi-Tech company employs over 1,000 people and looking for a Product Team Lead to Join our team. As a Product Team Lead you will lead the Product team and responsible for our customer engagement and digital solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you will define the product vision, lead execution, mentor Product Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative B2B and B2C SaaS products that create measurable business value.
Responsibilities
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers, fostering professional growth and product excellence.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and market opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, product performance, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure successful product delivery while balancing business, technical, and customer requirements.
• Define KPIs and use data to measure product success and optimize performance.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience managing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience building product roadmaps and leading product strategy.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, marketing, growth, and monetization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
Advantages:
