Head of Omnichannel Team -Tel Aviv

A leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an Omnichannel Team Lead to manage and lead a professional team responsible for the organization's digital communication platforms. This role combines team leadership, Marketing Automation, real-time data processing, and cloud-based integrations.

Key Requirements:

✔ At least 2 years of experience leading a technology or operations team

✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Marketing Automation and Unica

✔ Experience with Kafka and KSQL for real-time data processing

✔ Strong SQL skills and experience managing data processes

✔ Experience with Omnichannel platforms, including WhatsApp Business integrations

✔ Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments

✔ Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
