NOC Engineer

We are hiring a NOC Engineer for a telecommunications company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the organization's networks, servers, and systems using monitoring screens

• Identify faults in real time and troubleshoot technology issues

• Resolve network disruptions, connectivity issues, and hardware and software problems

• Perform proactive operational activities to prevent future issues

• Ensure the continuous availability and stability of the organization's IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Strong motivation and willingness to develop in the fields of Technical Support and Networking

• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts

• Ability to commute independently with a personal vehicle

• Training or a course in Technical Support, or relevant military experience – advantage
