Mertens Malam Team is hiring a DevOps DevX Team Lead to join a leading organization in Petah Tikva

This is a high impact leadership opportunity for an experienced technology leader who combines strong people management skills with hands on expertise in DevOps DevX and advanced AI driven engineering environments

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a DevOps team while managing motivating and empowering team members

Drive the Agentic SDLC vision and lead the implementation of advanced AI solutions across an enterprise organization

Provide hands on technological leadership across DevOps DevX and production environments

Design and develop DevX platforms that improve developer productivity and the overall developer experience

Lead modern CI CD processes and ensure scalable reliable and efficient software delivery

Work with Kubernetes Terraform ArgoCD Jenkins GitHub Actions Java Python Node.js LLMs and Agentic Frameworks

Collaborate closely with development managers architects and senior stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience managing DevOps DevX or software development teams in an enterprise organization

Significant software development experience with Java Python or Node.js

Hands on experience implementing Generative AI solutions and working with LLMs and Agentic Frameworks

Deep practical experience with Kubernetes Terraform ArgoCD and production environments

Proven experience building and maintaining CI CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
