Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Yokneam Site)

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Yokneam site.

What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and define precise candidate profiles

Proactively source and headhunt top technical talent using advanced sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter

Engage and attract candidates through personalized outreach and drive them through the recruitment process

Conduct phone interviews and manage candidates across all hiring stages

Build and maintain a strong, accurate, and up-to-date talent pipeline

Maintain close relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

Represent the company at career events, meetups, and professional conferences

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (relevant field)

1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment / talent acquisition

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented and proactive approach

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
