Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a SOC Analyst to join a leading security organization in Southern Israel
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support through the national cyber hotline for individuals experiencing cyber incidents
Handle reports related to phishing attacks account compromises and other cybersecurity threats
Serve as part of the first line of defense in protecting the civilian cyber environment
Work in a mission-critical operational environment alongside experienced cybersecurity professionals
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Help Desk
Basic cybersecurity knowledge is required
Understanding of the OSI 7-layer network model
Familiarity with common cyber attacks and defense methods
Availability to work 24/7 shift rotations
