AI Business Relationship Manager

We are hiring an AI Business Relationship Manager (AI BRM) for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI process improvement initiatives across the organization

• Define and standardize AI governance frameworks and methodologies

• Collaborate with business units and senior management to align AI initiatives with organizational goals

• Promote the adoption of AI tools and best practices across the organization

• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders in a complex organizational environment

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in roles involving process improvement and process definition in large, complex organizations

• Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional initiatives with senior management

• Technological understanding of AI, including tools, methodologies, and business use cases

• Experience leading governance and standardization processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science
