Overview
UX Researchers understand user behavior and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
• Present findings to stakeholders: Communicate research outcomes and recommendations.
• Collaborate with programmers and designers: Ensure research informs design choices.
• Manage budgets and timelines: Plan research studies within constraints and ensure compliance with equal opportunity policies.
• Select appropriate methods: Choose methods such as interviews, surveys, or usability tests to study user behavior.
• Recruit participants and assist with prototyping: Source participants, create personas, and support prototyping and testing.
• Draft research guides and establish strategies: Develop interview guides and long-term research plans.
Qualifications
• Degree in human-computer interaction or psychology.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
