Web Developer for Financial Information Systems

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced specialist/developer for the Financial Information Systems domain to join a leading team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining information systems in a global organization.

This role involves characterization (specification) of business processes, implementation of financial systems, analysis of user needs, and working closely with finance departments. The position also includes leading projects from the characterization stage through deployment (go-live) and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop information systems in the areas of finance, accounting, budgeting, procurement, and management reporting.

• Work closely with business users and understand operational and financial requirements.

• Define business processes and support improvements and optimization of existing systems.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.

• Train users and provide ongoing professional support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in Web Development. Experience with Angular, PHP, C# – Mandatory.

• Experience in writing SQL queries – Mandatory.

• Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes (GL, Vendors, Customers, Budgeting, Financial Reports) – Significant Advantage.

• Experience working with AS400-based systems – Significant Advantage.

• Bookkeeping certificate or an additional degree in Accounting – Significant Advantage.

• Ability to work with multiple interfaces, strong service orientation, and high analytical skills.
