Systems Analyst - position no. 1659

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define software systems and payment platforms.

• Write high-level functional and technical specification documents.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage relationships with internal clients and external vendors.

• Initiate, promote, and implement innovative technological processes.

• Support and guide implementation and deployment processes.

• Take ownership of the product lifecycle end-to-end (from requirements gathering and specification through delivery to the client).

• Develop a deep understanding of system functionality, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis, including requirements review, database analysis, SQL query execution, API analysis, log investigation, and issue identification, escalating to Development teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and leading technology projects.

• Proven ability to write and manage complex functional and technical specification documents in English.

• Experience working with APIs, databases, and other technology interfaces (advantage: experience in trading and financial systems).

• Strong understanding of software development processes and system integrations.

• Knowledge of trading systems and capital markets – a significant advantage.

• Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.

• High level of English proficiency, including professional documentation writing.
