Electronics Technician Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Technician or Engineer to join our Engineering Division. This is a hands-on technical role working at the intersection of hardware and software, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex environment.

We're looking for someone stable, experienced, and ready to grow with us long-term — not someone looking for their next stepping stone.

What You'll Do

• Perform hardware/software integration testing and QA validation

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults

• Analyze system logs and identify root causes of failures

• Work with serial communication protocols in multi-protocol environments

• Operate and utilize electronic test and measurement equipment

Requirements

• Technician or Engineer degree in Electronics or a related field

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics - this role is not suitable for recent graduates or junior profiles

• Proven experience in hardware QA with software integration

• Strong understanding of serial communication protocols (RS-232 and others)

• Experience operating electronic test and measurement equipment

• Strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software layers

• Demonstrated employment stability - we value candidates who have built deep expertise within each role over time
