Data Analyst -5664

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & BI Department and lead data analysis processes, generate actionable business insights, and develop advanced analytical solutions.

The role involves collaborating with various business units across the organization, gathering and defining requirements, building analytical models, developing reports and dashboards, and leveraging advanced data technologies to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and generate business insights to support decision-making.

• Gather and define business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Work with large databases and analyze significant volumes of data.

• Build analytical models and define KPIs.

• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and business teams across the organization.

• Improve work processes and implement advanced data solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and complex data analysis.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or other Data Visualization tools – required.

• Experience working with Big Data environments and large-scale datasets – required.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.

• Experience working with Data Warehouses (DWH) and data modeling.

• Familiarity with Python, Spark, or advanced analytics tools – an advantage.

• Experience working in large, complex, multi-system organizations.

• Experience working in Cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Fabric – a significant advantage.

• Experience in BI/ETL development – a significant advantage.

• Ability to work independently, with a broad systems perspective and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to present analytical findings and insights to business stakeholders.
