A leading financial institution is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Strategy Department.

This is a high-impact, core role that combines deep data research, complex analysis, and direct interaction with senior management — giving you the opportunity to turn data into insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth data research and complex data extraction for the Strategy Department and business stakeholders across the organization

• Work extensively with SQL and Excel to analyze and interpret data

• Lead the implementation and adoption of Power BI solutions

• Create business reports and provide a clear view of organizational performance

• Translate complex data into actionable business insights

• Participate in professional meetings and discussions with senior management

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the financial organization

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required

• 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst

• 1+ year of hands-on SQL experience

• Previous experience working in a financial institution – required

• Knowledge or experience with Power BI – a significant advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong ability to present data and insights clearly to different audiences

• Strong analytical mindset and business orientation
