Role Description-
• Serving as a Data Analyst / Quantitative Data Researcher, joining an organic research squad reporting directly to the Research Team Lead.
• Leading end-to-end analytical projects, extracting insights from massive, multi-dimensional sports telemetry and live game datasets.
• Authoring highly complex queries, data models, and analytical pipelines using SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Writing clean, modular Python scripts for advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, data validation, and automation.
• Collaborating closely across the organization with Machine Learning Researchers, Algorithm Engineers, and Product stakeholders to enhance predictive models and live data services.
• Translating complex domain questions into actionable quantitative conclusions and performance reports.
Requirements-
• B.Sc. in a Quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field) – Mandatory (University degree preferred)
• 2–6 years of hands-on industry experience as a Data Analyst / Quantitative Analyst – Mandatory
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in SQL (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query tuning with MS SQL Server) – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on programming experience in Python for data processing (Pandas, NumPy, or similar data analysis libraries) – Mandatory
• High autonomy, strong analytical rigor, and proven ability to lead projects end-to-end – Mandatory
• Strong passion for and deep knowledge of Sports / Football – Significant Advantage
