About the Role

A leading healthcare organization in Haifa is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join its analytics team and support data driven decision making across the organization.

The role combines complex data analysis, KPI development, reporting and dashboard creation, analytical modeling, and close collaboration with managers and business units.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data for managers and business units across the organization

• Work with complex databases and integrate data from multiple sources

• Perform data analysis and identify meaningful business insights

• Develop KPIs, trend reports, and analytical measurements

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

• Translate raw data into actionable insights to support decision making

• Support the development of analytical models based on business needs

• Lead data related processes and projects

• Collaborate with other analysts and contribute to professional knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, required

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, required

• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and functions, required

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, required

• Experience with Power BI or Qlik, an advantage

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint, an advantage

• Python experience, an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable business insights
