Data Analyst Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced and business-oriented Analytics Team Lead to join ONE ZERO and help shape the future of digital banking. In this role, you'll lead a team of analysts while working closely with product, marketing, finance, and technology leadership to identify opportunities, set the analytics agenda, and drive impactful initiatives across the organization. Requirements: • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst or related role, including 1-2+ years in a formal Team Lead or managerial role overseeing analysts. • Proven track record leading a team — setting priorities, managing output quality, and driving professional growth of team members. • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complexity into clarity, and to teach that skill to others. • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across cross-functional and dynamic environments. • Strong SQL skills, including designing views, CTEs, and complex aggregations – required. • Hands-on experience building or governing a semantic layer (e.g., dbt metrics, Looker LookML, Cube, or similar) – required or strong advantage. • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts – star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, aggregation strategies. • Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or regulated environments – significant advantage. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
