Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Data Ops Team Lead for a leading organization in the Shfela area

Responsibilities

Lead Data Operations across On-Prem and GCP environments

Handle complex Production incidents

Build advanced monitoring capabilities and lead automation processes

Implement Modern Data Ops methodologies

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing a Data Operations or Data team

Strong experience with ETL, DWH, BI, scheduling, and monitoring

Hands-on experience with DataStage or Informatica and Control-M or similar – mandatory

Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, BO, and Pyramid

Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure – significant advantage

Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Spark, or Kafka – advantage

Linux and Windows infrastructure knowledge

DBA background – advantage

Strong service orientation and team player
