The models we run in production feed company revenue planning, marketing budget allocation, and spend decisions — when predictions drift, planning drifts with them.

Our portfolio mixes high-impact production projects with a range of modeling approaches. Project examples include revenue prediction, conversion prediction, and marketing measurement — among others across the team's production models.

Stack: Python, BigQuery, GCP, Nova (our pipeline framework), Prefect, Grafana. The Role We're hiring a Data Science Student to help keep our production models accurate and reliable as the business changes. Product launches, pricing shifts, and channel changes move the data underneath our models — your job is to understand those changes, figure out how they affect predictions, and keep projects running well.

The models you'll support aren't side projects. They feed FP&A, Marketing, and executive reporting. You'll see how gradient-boosted classifiers, time-series forecasters, and survival-style models connect to revenue planning. You'll work in real production systems day to day, using AI tools like Cursor and coding assistants as part of how the team works.

Hours: 2–3 days/week (~18–27 hours/week).

Hourly Rate:  Bachelor's degree students: ₪100/hour                           Master's degree students: ₪120/hour What you will be doing You'll use AI tools across all of this — learning unfamiliar projects, investigating issues, writing fixes, and documenting your work.

• Track business changes and reason about how they affect production models

• Build deep understanding of the projects you support — from data and features through models to evaluation

• Monitor model health, investigate when metrics shift, and ship fixes with clear PRs

• Keep documentation and runbooks accurate; support evaluation runs and flag anomalies Your skills and experience • Currently in at least the 3rd year of a B.Sc., or pursuing an M.Sc., in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or a student with past experience in the data science field).

• Coursework or projects in ML/statistics — classification, regression, time-series forecasting, evaluation metrics

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL

• Comfort working in a terminal, with Git, and in a code editor

• Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants) in your workflow

• Self-directed learner — can pick up unfamiliar codebases, data, and model logic with minimal hand-holding

• Strong verbal and written communication — explain findings clearly in discussions, investigations, PR descriptions, and documentation Nice to have • Experience with pandas and ML libraries such as CatBoost, XGBoost, or similar

• Familiarity with time-series methods (Prophet, ARIMA) or cohort-based forecasting

• Familiarity with BigQuery, GCP, or cloud data platforms

• Experience with dashboarding or monitoring tools (Grafana, Streamlit, or similar)

• Previous internship or project work involving production data pipelines. We got you covered!
