We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organization focused on Data & AI innovation, seeking an experienced Data Science Team Lead to drive high‑impact initiatives.
Role Overview:
• Lead and mentor a team
• Own full lifecycle of ML models
• Drive Generative AI innovation and build LLM‑based business solutions
• Translate complex business needs into practical AI deliverables
• Work closely with IT to lead integrations in a large enterprise environment
• lead development, optimization, and deployment of AI projects
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in Data Science
• 1–2 years as Team Lead / Tech Lead
• Strong background in classical ML algorithms and LLMs
• Experience with LangChain / similar frameworks, Tokenization, Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with RAG architectures – strong advantage
• Python & SQL at a high level
