Data Scientist - Join a Leading Financial Organization

Join our Model Development Team and work on strategic AI initiatives across banking, including marketing, customer service, pricing, and technology.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with large-scale tabular datasets – required.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing classical Machine Learning models, with a strong focus on Classification and Regression – required.

• Strong Python development skills – required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or another relevant quantitative field.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Generative AI.

• Experience with PySpark and cloud environments.

• Experience in banking / financial services.

• Experience working in large, complex organizations.
