Data Scientist

We are looking for an outstanding and passionate Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning and AI to join our team. You will have the opportunity to research, design, implement, and evaluate a variety of advanced ML algorithms and AI models, while working with huge-scale, real-time data and taking projects end-to-end, from the business problem definition up to production.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning, or equivalent hands-on experience. • Strong SQL knowledge. • Solid programming skills - Python . • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, statistics, and probability . • Experience solving complex business problems using state-of-the-art Machine Learning and AI algorithms. • Experience building and deploying ML models in production environment. • Experience working with large-scale data - big data . • Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. • Good understanding of probability and statistics. • Familiarity with ML frameworks and platforms such as Databricks, SageMaker, or Vertex AI. • Ability to independently solve complex problems and make architectural decisions. • Ability to mentor others, work in teams, and teach peers, and learn from them. • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously. • Independent, out-of-the-box thinker. • Advantage: Experience in AdTech , particularly programmatic advertising, bidding, targeting, or user-level modeling. • Advantage: Experience with real-time ML systems, deep learning, LLMs, or reinforcement learning.
