DBA Team Lead | Leading Company! (5483)

A leading company is looking for an experienced DBA Team Leader to lead a team of database administrators supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3 DBA professionals.

• Own the administration and maintenance of enterprise database infrastructure, including installation, backup and recovery, performance tuning, upgrades, maintenance, and support for development teams.

• Manage mission-critical databases supporting the organization's core credit systems.

• Provide production support for business users and support development teams across test environments.

• Administer and support the following database technologies:

• Oracle (Exadata)

• Microsoft SQL Server

• PostgreSQL

• MySQL

• Snowflake

• Support enterprise infrastructure platforms including Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Change Data Capture (CDC).

• Participate in on-call support, including nights and weekends, to ensure high availability of critical systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle/MS SQL DBA.

• 3+ years of experience leading a DBA team within an Enterprise organization.

• Strong planning capabilities with a broad, multidisciplinary technical perspective.

• Proven experience in both application and infrastructure database administration.

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving complex database performance issues.
