abra Cloud Division is looking for an AI Adoption & AI Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a business-oriented technology professional who enjoys working directly with customers, understands business processes, and knows how to turn AI opportunities into real working solutions.

We are looking for someone who combines business consulting, AI adoption, process analysis, and hands-on AI solution building.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting with customers, discovering business challenges, designing AI-driven solutions, building AI agents and automations, and leading successful organizational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery engagements with customer organizations.

• Meet with managers, business stakeholders, and employees to understand current workflows and identify productivity opportunities.

• Analyze business processes and identify practical AI use cases.

• Design AI adoption roadmaps and implementation plans.

• Build AI-powered business solutions using modern Low-Code / No-Code platforms.

• Design and build AI Agents, Copilot solutions, intelligent automations, and business workflows.

• Configure and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.

• Work with APIs, connectors, integrations, webhooks, and business systems where needed.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive presentations.

• Lead organizational AI adoption and change management activities.

• Support customers throughout the implementation journey—from discovery through adoption.

• Collaborate with Microsoft Cloud architects and R&D teams on more advanced AI scenarios.

• Stay current with Microsoft AI capabilities and continuously learn new AI technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, product implementation, business analysis, customer success, solution consulting, automation, or related roles.

• Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, or end users.

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience building automations, AI workflows, AI agents, or business process automations using modern AI tools.

• Experience with one or more automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.

• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, enablement programs, or customer training.

• Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new AI platforms and technologies.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of English.

Advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft 365 - big advantage!

• Basic scripting or development experience (Python, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, Webhooks, etc.).

• Background in Product, Technical Consulting, Business Analysis, Implementation, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field
