Management Information System Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced Development Team Lead to join the technology division of a leading enterprise organization and lead the development of advanced Information Systems supporting critical business operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical leadership, architecture, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and systems analysts.

• Drive the design, architecture, and development of enterprise Information Systems.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects.

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Python, SQL, and Microsoft Azure technologies.

• Lead cloud migration initiatives, including modernization of SQL Server-based systems.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Build team roadmaps, prioritize workloads, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Drive innovation through AI-based solutions, data analytics, and process automation.

• Identify and implement new technologies and development best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.

• 2+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

• Experience designing software architecture and enterprise solutions.

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience planning roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and managing delivery.

• Fluent English with the ability to work with global stakeholders.

Advantages

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Databricks, Data Factory, and Unity Catalog.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale databases.

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or actuarial systems.
