About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, fast-learning, and execution-driven Project Manager to lead full-

lifecycle physical product projects from concept to market launch.

In this role, you'll be the operational glue connecting Product, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and

external suppliers, translating complex plans into real-world results. This isn't just about

scheduling meetings or updating spreadsheets: we're looking for a new team member who's a

natural leader with exceptional communication skills, a "get-things-done" mindset, and the drive to push complex, cross-functional launches across the finish line.

What you’ll do:

• Manage multidisciplinary consumer product projects (connecting hardware, software, mechanics, packaging, and production).

• Own project plans, schedules, tasks, meeting summaries, risk logs, documentation, and release-readiness checklists.

• Track project budgets, target BOM costs and resource allocation.

• Lead project meetings and follow up on action items until closure.

• Work closely with factories, OEM/ODM partners, and international subcontractors.

• Support certification, compliance, production readiness and post-launch improvements.

• Provide clear visibility to management on project status, risks and priorities.

What we’re looking for: You don't need to check every single box below, we're looking for

someone who brings a strong combination of a few:

• 2–3 years+ of technical/multidisciplinary project management experience (software,hardware, mechanics) OR a proven track record leading projects (e.g., tech roles in the military, infrastructure or complex production).

• Basic knowledge in electronics and mechanics (engineering degree preferred – B.Sc. in IE&M / Electrical / Mechanical)

• Outstanding communication – both verbal and written, translating technical details clearly.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to work with China and US time zones (including early hours) and travel to China (~3–4 times/year).

Strong fit:

• Preferred experience working with international suppliers and vendors.

• Experience in consumer electronics goods.

• Knowledge of ISO, certifications, and regulations

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Notion) – a strong advantage.
