About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction manager. The role involves hands-on supervision of interior fit-out projects across complex work environments, working closely with contractors, vendors, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works from initiation through handover

• Day-to-day management of contractors, vendors, and tradespeople on site

• Quality control, schedule adherence, and budget oversight

• Coordinate between design, execution, and client-facing stakeholders

• Work with construction drawings and project documentation

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture – required

• 3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects

• Knowledge of finishing works and building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)

• Proficiency in project management software – MS Project

• Ability to work independently in the field – the majority of the role is site-based

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
