Senior Salesforce Implementor

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end business processes and cross-functional projects on the Salesforce platform.

The role combines deep hands-on implementation with broad professional responsibility, including requirements analysis and specification, leading business and technology interfaces, and ongoing collaboration with integrated organizational systems to design, implement, and optimize complex processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior business stakeholders

• Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements specification

• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and the Sharing & Security Model

• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service and Optimization (or equivalent tools) – a significant advantage
